Information you provide
DeepWorker stores your sign-in identity, preferences, goals, tasks, schedules, routines, checklists, execution records, reviews, and files you choose to upload. Check-ins and outputs are your reports; DeepWorker does not independently verify your activities or measure your sleep.
How the information is used
We use this information to operate your daily system, preserve your history, show progress, deliver selected notifications, synchronize connected apps, support explicitly shared accountability views, and protect the service. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. Device storage can retain pending offline check-ins until synchronization or dismissal.
Services that process data
- Cloudflare hosts the application, processes background work, sends transactional email, and stores attachments when file storage is enabled.
- Neon stores application records in PostgreSQL.
- Google provides sign-in. Calendar access is separately authorized and optional.
- Trello, Telegram, and your browser’s push provider receive the data needed for features you choose to enable.
Provider credentials are encrypted before database storage and excluded from account exports. Provider processing locations and terms depend on those services.
What partners can see
You choose the sharing categories and Areas in each accountability agreement. Partners have read-only access to the authorized projection. Private motivations, Worry List contents, and attachments are not automatically shared. Revocation prevents subsequent reads and invalidates queued partner notifications. Information already received cannot be recalled from a recipient’s device.
Your controls
You can change notification channels, disconnect optional apps, revoke partners, export your records, and request account deletion from Settings. Deletion signs out active sessions and schedules cleanup of account records, tokens, files, and jobs. Provider-owned tasks and ordinary calendar events remain with the provider unless separately changed there.
Application records remain while your account is active. Operational logs and provider backups follow the relevant service retention settings. Pending offline records on a device may require clearing that device’s site data after deletion.
